Initial Consultation

Includes a historical and physical examination.  In a large majority of the cases TREATMENT BEGINS AT THE FIRST VISIT! If we can...let's get started. Getting you where you want to be is very important...the sooner the better.

Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT)

Muscles moving bones is what makes motion possible.  Sometimes that motion is restricted when joints in the body are not moving properly.  CMT helps to reduce restriction and ensure joints are moving through their range of motion as best as possible.  Children under 16 are charged £40.00 per visit.

Acupuncture

An alternative therapy  that treats patients by insertion and manipulation of needles at specific points.

Massage Therapy

Manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue can enhance function and promote relaxation and well-being.

1/2 hour, 3/4 hour, 1.5 hour, and myofascial cupping sessions also available.

Nutritional Consultation

A three day diet history coupled with a weight and body composition measurement can demonstrate how your body responds to what you are eating.  Find out if supplementation or diet modification can improve your health. 

Gait Analysis

An active person can exceed 10,000 steps a day! A number of problems can occur in your knees, hips, and even low back based on how you walk. Assessing an individual's gait can help diagnose a variety of conditions ranging from  flat feet (pes planus) to knee pain (patellar tracking disorder).   Some of these conditions can be treated with Prescription Orthotics.

Missed Appointment

If you cancel your appointment on the day or don't show up without calling, the chances are very high that we have already turned someone away because the slot was full. Appointment reminders are available via email and text message at your request to ensure you have plenty of time to reschedule.
